Job Description
The successful candidate will carry out all duties required of their role including but not limited to:
- Providing quality customer service.
- Handling customer queries over the phone and in person.
- Processing customer details to find them the best value deal and to receive payment.
- Inspecting car/vans to assess for damages.
- Keeping the offices tidy and customer friendly.
- Completing all admin related duties to the car and van rental process.
- Any and all other job related duties.

Future Prospects : After the succesful candidate completes the apprenticeship, there will be opportunities to progress into a senior role and complete a Level 3 Customer Service BTEC Diploma.
