Job Description
This office administrator role is based at Saltrock's warehouse in Bideford. The role will be varied and give the apprentice a good insight into many areas of the business in particular customer service and stock control.
Duties will include but not be exclusive to:
- Answering the phones
- Inputting orders
- Dealing with enquiries
- Data entry
- Sending and receiving emails
- Checking spreadsheets
- Processing refunds
- Stock checking
- Liaising with other company departments, suppliers, managers, shops
Personal Qualities :
Friendly, polite, sense of humour yet hard working, good people skills.
Skills Required :
- Good communication skills, polite and clear telephone manner
- Knowledge of Excel and some computer packages
- Excellent understanding of written and spoken Maths and English
