Job Description
This role is an administration role that is based in Theale.
General office duties are required:
- Answering the phone and conveying messages as appropriate.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Dealing with email and social media enquiries
- Looking after deliveries and visitors to the company
- Filing paperwork, copying and preparing documents
- Ordering as required and taking delivery of the order
- Managing document control
- Generating reports as requested
- Distributing marketing material
- To developing company processes and the support to ensure that they are followed to guarantee compliance to quality management standards.
- Maintaining the social media feed and ensuring that the website is up to date.
- Resolving invoice and warehouse queries and offering support as required.
- Other general administration duties as required by the team.

- Very good organisational skills
- Someone who takes a pride in delivering a qualitative service
- Self motivated
Skills Required :
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, handle conflicting priorities, updating line manager with the progress on work.
- Ability to work as part of a team and help with all different aspects of the business.
- Strong customer service ethos.
- Computer literate and be competent in Microsoft Office toolset.
Future Prospects : Progression to a full time post if there is one available on the successful completion of the apprenticeship.
