Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front of House apprentice to join our team at Victoria Hotel. You will gain valuable on the job experience as well as training and a New National Standard Qualification with a NVQ qualification in hospitality.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- To provide a friendly front of house reception service
- To greet visitors to the hotel
- To handle any incoming telephone enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- To undertake a variety of basic administrative tasks
- To assist with daily banking processes and paperwork

Smart, reliable, friendly, polite, excellent levels of self-presentation, good communication skills, enthusiastic.
Skills Required :
No previous experience needed.
