Job Description

The company is expanding and new office spaces are being created in the warehouse. The office is a warm environment, however it is a warehouse, so warm clothing is advised, as you may be asked to help out in other areas, such as the sales floor, warehouse or showroom.



Duties will Include:




  • You'll be meeting and greeting visitors when sales staff are busy

  • answering telephone enquiries and directing them to the appropriate extension

  • taking messages and emailing the appropriate team promptly

  • Other office based duties such as photocopying, mail and making brews for visitors and staff

  • Elements of the administrational tasks, such as answering customer emails, invoicing, filing invoices, talking to customers about delays and product issues

  • Managing customers’ expectations of the company and exceeding customer service expectations, by being polite and efficient when dealing with queries



The team consists of approx. 6-10 office based and warehouse staff .





Good communication skills will be required and the ability to act on your own initiative at times may also be useful.



The role will also expand for the right candidate to gain new skills support James who is the office manager.
