Job Description
- Assist the Mortgage Adviser/s with all administrative responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with lenders, introducers, solicitors and colleagues to expedite the mortgage application process.
- Collate and submit all required documentation.
- Provide weekly status reports on all outstanding applications.
- Achieve personal and team KPI's set by the Managing Director.
