Job Description
Key duties will include:
- Typing up documents using audio transcripts
- Creating and amending documents using pre-existing templates
- Formatting documents
- Supporting with invoices and expenses (data entry duties)
- Proof-reading documents and correcting
- Electronic and paper-based filing
- Collating documents into large information documents
- Scanning and photocopying documents
- Reception cover – this will involve answering the telephone in a professional manner, taking accurate messages and passing them onto the relevant personnel, meeting and greeting visitors and clients in a friendly manner.
