Job Description

Key duties will include:




  • Typing up documents using audio transcripts

  • Creating and amending documents using pre-existing templates

  • Formatting documents

  • Supporting with invoices and expenses (data entry duties)

  • Proof-reading documents and correcting

  • Electronic and paper-based filing

  • Collating documents into large information documents

  • Scanning and photocopying documents

  • Reception cover – this will involve answering the telephone in a professional manner, taking accurate messages and passing them onto the relevant personnel, meeting and greeting visitors and clients in a friendly manner.
