Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will be to:
- Post duties, such as opening and distributing post.
- Answering the phone and making phone calls.
- Photocopying, filing and printing documents.
- Answering queries via email and contacting customers via email.
- Inputting invoices onto the accounts system.
- Matching delivery notes with invoices.
- Preparing refreshments such as drinks.
- Other general offices duties commensurate of the role.

Skills Required :
- Excellent verbal communication skills, i.e. good telephone manner.
