Greenside are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include:
- Providing support to our managers and employees
- Assisting in daily office needs
- Assisting in managing our company’s general administrative activities.
- Dealing with clients
- Working as part of a team & maintaining appropriate filing systems
Personal Qualities :
- Presentable and personable manner with good common sense
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing
- Flexibility
Skills Required :
- Ability to use word, excel and outlook
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
- Communication skills – written and verbal
Future Prospects : Progress onto Level 3 award and full time position
