Apprentice Administrator - South Woodford



Aspire to Learn is a training provider which offers young people the chance to undertake apprenticeships in a variety of sectors. 



We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, organised and confident individual to join our teams.  



The ideal candidate will undertake responsibilities associated with the cycle of candidates and employers and will contribute to the successful achievement of team goals.  



The candidate will need to be able to process work efficiently and report on progression until completion.  Aspire to Learn are committed to developing our employees and you will receive high quality training to help you achieve your goals.  



You’ll be working within a fast-paced, challenging and supportive workplace which boasts a fun and sociable environment.



 



Duties include:



• Provide and attentive, friendly and helpful reception service



• General administration duties including data entry and marketing



• Interacting with candidates and employers



• Marketing and leafleting and, on occasion, attending career fairs.



• CV building and updating 



• Creating job descriptions



• Producing weekly and monthly reports using Excel and a CRM

Skills Required :

• Experience of working in customer service roles



• Experience of working within an administrative role



• Strong written and verbal communication skills



• Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Able to work within a team and using own initiative



• Keen eye for detail
