Job Description
Duties to Include:
- Working with SHEQ/Compliance Managers to update SHEQ file structure, other key company documents and the OCL database
- Review, collate and update the controlled documents and other key company documents
- Assist in receiving collating and updating the KPI Data (incident, bulletins, site inspections, feedback and third party reports)
- Assisting HSE and Compliance Manager with data input, learning method statement writing and risk assessments
- Co-ordination and administration of processes, manuals and policies
- Daily input of data and upload records into the company database
- Weekly to provide working hours information provided to clients, liaising with site supervisors for site inspection reports, and liaise with OCL drivers for completed vehicle checklists
- Monthly – Send out bulletins to OCL operatives and manage acknowledgement receipts. Maintenance of incident data, site inspections and feedback
- Preparation of monthly reports (KPIs) and identification of first line KPI data that requires review by management

- General quality, H&S and environmental experience or an interest in this matter

Skills Required :
- Very good knowledge and skills in the application of Microsoft programmes (Word, Excel, etc)
- Very experienced in using word, excel, visio, powerpoint, access and .net
- Good communication skills
