In this job you will be...
Resolving application and product incidents on the helpdesk, youll impress our customers with your technical know-how as you work out whats gone wrong. Putting the right measures in place to change the clients site construction or making sure the relevant technical specialist fixes it quickly, youll impress them with the slick service theyre receiving. This dynamic role isnt all about the techie side of things its about being a calm and confident voice at the end of the phone that makes everything better.

Who should apply...
Candidate will need to have great communication skills so helpdesk and customer service experience would be a big plus. With GCSEs (or equivalent) in maths and English (grades A-C), a vocational IT qualification would be nice but isnt essential. Obviously youll need to be computer literate, with some experience of operating systems and/or PCs and youll be keen to learn as much as you can about our products. And if youve got any know-how about the insurance industry that would be even better.

Please note that due to the nature of our business, all successful applicants will need to pass our employment, security and financial checks.

Daily working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
