Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Airport has several openings for a customer service representative. If you are a good problem solver with a strong focus on providing superior, friendly, and efficient customer service then this is the role for you! The customer service representative will provide a high level of customer service on a face to face basis, dealing with customers who are coming to pick up their hire car. You will be the first point of call for customers from all over the world, and will get to meet a diverse mix of customers on a daily basis. This role will be assisting both internal and external customers as well as offering administrative support to the branch. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, competent IT and typing skills, strong communication skills coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role will have annual salary of £18,000 based on a 40 hour working week with the possibility of reaching a maximum yearly bonus sum of £2,400. Please note that we are able to be flexible with working patters as our branches are open from 0600 – 12AM. All candidates must be able to commit to working between 30-40 hours per week.
