Enterprise Rent-A-Caris looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our Weston Super Marelocation.

The hours of work for the successful candidate will be:

Mon-Wed - 12pm - Finish

Thursday 10am - Finish

Friday 8am-6pm

Alternate Saturdays 8am-2pm

Responsibilities:

The CustomerService Representative will be an integral part of our operations, providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face and telephone interaction. The Customer Service Representative will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental service back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support to our branches and airport locations. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Picking customers up and Delivering vehicles within the local area.
  • Process vehicles upon return and check-ins
  • Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
  • Dealing with calls regarding - reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors
  • Notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Performing various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, process customer rental callbacks

Qualifications:

  • Customer serviceexperience
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills
  • An ability to organise and present information for a varied audience
  • Must be fully authorised to work in the UK

Hours: Up to 50 hours a week, shift patterns involved
