Mint are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking event staff to join their hugely successful Outdoor Events team!

As one of the leading providers of staff to the events and hospitality industry, working for Mint will allow you to work at some of the UK’s biggest and best festivals.

Travel the country with the best team in the business! With roles ranging from Bar staff and supervisors, to stewards and stock runners. We will a have a role to suit your skill set, and maximise your experience with us.

Festival work is a great way to add valuable experience to your CV whilst completing your studies, promoting hard work, being a team player, using your initiative, time management, loyalty and where applicable, leading a team, motivating a team and ensuring any issues are dealt with effectively and correctly.

Hours:
Event specific – Overnight stays and camping will be a regular requirement (you will be required to provide your own camping equipment)

Hours will be long, but we’ll be there every step of the way to help you through it and make sure you are looked after!

When is the job available from:
Please state your availability when required during the application process (most events will take place May – September)

Experience:
Jobspecific training is provided, but a degree of experience is expected and required. So please bear this in mind when selecting the roles you wish to apply for.

Qualifications

  • Full training given, but experience is expected and required
  • If successful, you must have permission to work in the UK by the start of your employment
  • You must be able to speak English fluently
