A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of Brook Street UK Ltd's clients who are seeking Customer Service Advisors for a Monday to Friday role. The vacancies are based in Belfast city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Professional environment.
The roles are due to start early March 16 and are temporary for 4 months with an opportunity for the role to become temporary ongoing.
Our client will be offering a paid Incentive for this period based on that no time will be given off during these months
Duties in this role will include
Answering incoming calls
Dealing with customer queries
Resolving issues for customers
Transferring calls to other departments
Providing customers with up to date information
Handling complaints from members of the public
Meeting call targets and customer service targets
Providing excellent customer service at all times
If successful, the candidate must be willing to apply for an Access NI certificate.
