Job Description
An exciting opportunity to undertake an Apprenticeship working as part of our Front of House team. As a Receptionist/FOH Apprentice the duties will include:
- Answer telephone taking bookings
- Entering details on to hotel booking system
- Reception duties checking in guests and out and dealing with customer requests
- Typing letters and sending emails
- Using computerised till and card processing machine
- Waiting on duties serving food and beverages
- General cleaning of public areas
- Checking the open and closing check lists
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Qualification, this will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis to deliver training and assess your work.

Future Prospects : A full apprenticeship position will be offered within our company for the applicant to progress through training to NVQ Level 3 or above in Hospitality.
