The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities, these include but are not limited to:
- Building client rapport and relationships based on integrity and trust
- Explaining products and assisting clients with their first trades ideas
- Extensive client research and client profiling
- Identify and qualify new business prospects
- Work closely with and provide support to your appointed Senior Dealer
- Drive to achieve monthly revenue targets for Trading teams
- Competitor analysis
- Verbal, Written and Email correspondence with prospects
- Weekly presentations to the sales team regarding market activity
- Working with both high net worth / corporate clientele

Skills Required :
- Previous sales experience (ideally in FX OR another financial product)
- Highly competitive nature, with a desire for fast career progression
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence and manner to deal with Executives of large corporations and high net worth individuals
- Self-motivation
- Good computer literacy including experience using the Internet, Microsoft Office, Excel and Email
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a highly professional manner
Future Prospects : Upon successful completion of your Apprenticeship there will be an opportunity to become a full time member of staff with Attractive commission and bonus structure offered with OTE earnings of 35-45k per year.
