Job Description
Our client a large financial Services Institution on the Fylde Coast is looking to recruit Call Centre Staff Various shifts are available full time part time midweek evenings weekends.
Pay Rate will be 6.70 per hour for the 12 week qualifying period, after which it will rise to 7.48 per hour. It will then rise again to 8.45 at 6 months, and then to 8.90 after 18 months service.
The 1st 2 weeks are full time paid training and you will be required to work Monday Friday 9am 5pm.

Responsibilities
Taking inbound calls from customers.
Providing excellent customer service.
Meeting targets and deadlines.
Sending correspondence out to customers.
Typing and updating information onto customer accounts.
