Job Description
Customer Service advisers Contact Centre staff required to work in the peak core hours, duties will include booking ambulances, arranging suitable times for ambulances and also sorting the rota for the ambulance. You will also be required to input data over the telephone into an in house database, The working hours would be between 8am 6pm Monday Friday, 20 hours per week on a shift pattern basis.
