My client, a public sector department are looking for an Administrator.

Job Spec
This is an opportunity to join a team of dedicated HR administrators providing a high quality, customer focused service in a fast paced environment. The HR Service Centre is responsible for processing HR transactions new entrants, leavers, changes to employee terms and conditions etc and providing initial support and advice to our people on a range of HR policies and issues. Your key responsibilities will include Process transactional tasks in accordance with RPA HR policies and processes ensuring that amendments to the HR database Microsoft Dynamics AX are accurate and timely Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by signposting them to relevant information, tools and resources provided on the RPA Intranet Respond to external requests for information and services in line with RPA's HR policies and processes Organise and manage your workload to ensure tasks are completed in line with the HR Servicer Centre SLA Identify risks and issues affecting HR Service Centre's service delivery and escalate to your team leader You will Contribute to continuously improving our service by engaging in improvement initiatives and proactively raising issues and opportunities to improve with your team leader Use teamwork to resolve business problems Embrace diversity, demonstrating this in how you work with our Customers and Stakeholders Take responsibility for developing your skills and competences by proactively seeking opportunities to learn and develop.
