Job Description
Our client based in West Bromwich are currently looking for a Customer Service to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role is based on expansion and to start immediately
Main Duties
Taking inbound calls from internal and external clients
Logging details and updating in house database
Making outbound calls no sales 0
Dealing with emails and responding accordingly
Responding to queries
General administration
Key Skills
Strong customer service experience
Experience of relationship building
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Able to demonstrate a clear ability to multi task
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Hours of work
1 week 8 30 am 5 00 pm
2 week 10 00 am 6 00 pm
Salary
6 50 per hour
