Job Description
An ambitious Financial company based in the Cathedral Quarter, Derby is recruiting an Administrator to work closely with x3 Financial Advisors. A Financial Services background would be a clear advantage but is not essential.
Working hours are flexible between 8.00 18.00 Monday Friday full time hours with 1 Saturday month required, with 20 days' holiday Bank Holidays in addition, the business also closes at Christmas without you needing to use your holiday entitlement. Salary is between 15000 17000 dependant on experience, with monthly and quarterly bonuses paid.
Main day to day duties will include
providing general office based administrative support to Financial Advisors
telephone calls to banks, solicitors and clients incoming and outgoing
processing documents
updating database
occasional Front of House reception duties
keeping on top of your advisors in terms of chasing outstanding work
The successful candidate must have strong customer services skills retail or office based , and be able to demonstrate at interview a character that is assertive, not intimidated easily and an eye for detail.
Due to the nature of the role, and regular client visits, the successful candidate will have to be professional in appearance and attitude when client facing. Working in an office of 7 10 staff, you must be a confident communicator that enjoys a laugh with your colleagues typical 'work hard, play hard'.
