37 hours per week Monday Thursday 08.30 17.00, Friday 08.30 16.30. There will be a requirement to work one evening per week until 19.00.
Job Description
Receiving a wide range of inbound calls covering sales enquiries, service repairs, gas emergencies, complaints, general enquiries and operational updates whilst updating PNG systems.
Contacting potential customers to promote energy audit visits or central heating servicing. During off peak times, the successful candidate will be required to carry out outbound calling. This will include cold calling and follow up calls.The candidate
Whilst experience within a contact centre would be advantageous, full training will be provided. We are looking for
