Job Description
TRE is a market leading, forward thinking growing company which uses cutting edge technology to produce innovative products and services dedicated to the continuous improvement of the way in which railways are supervised and controlled. TRE's main office is based in a refurbished church in Heywood near Westbury in Wiltshire, about 30 minutes south of Bath. Due to our ongoing success we are currently looking for Software Engineers to expand our team who have: * The ability to work well in a compact team with other professionals in the field of railway control and supervision. * The ability to interface to other engineers, suppliers and our customers. * A keen alert brain interested in learning and developing their career through learning from others and trying new and innovative ways of doing things in our exciting working environment. Reporting to our Senior Software Engineers, applicants should have 2 years commercial experience of Object Oriented Programming or Computer Science Degree or equivalent. Delphi, C# or C++ is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of Object Oriented Design and UML Modelling would be an advantage. There is considerable opportunity for further role development, dependent on aptitude and motivation. Training and support will be given.
