| Do you have recent experience in a 1st Line Support role? Are you committed to providing excellent customer service, whilst demonstrating your technical IT knowledge? Would you like to work for one of the largest brewers in the world? Due to the growth of their IT department, Scottish & Newcastle, part of the Heineken group have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst at their corporate head office in South Gyle. On joining this busy team, you and your colleagues will be the first point of contact for all hardware and software issues, installation of hardware and printers and account administration, aiming to resolve all queries directly. You will be an experienced 1st line support analyst with a strong customer service background and ideally have knowledge of Windows XP 2000, VPN, Firewall, SAP & Lotus Notes, combined with excellent communication and problem solving skills. You must also be flexible regarding working hours in order to meet business needs. You will be required to work flexible 8 hour shifts of either 08:00hrs / 09:00hrs / 10:00hrs. |
