Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to develop multi-media skills (including brochure design, AV and CD-ROM production) for an internationl events company (part of a major UK Plc). Responsibilities will include: Typeset brochures Shrink brochures Pre-flight checking Create signage Design banner ads Upload content onto website Check CD-ROM / doc invoices Check and maintain conference recording equipment Record conferences Render/convert files that were recorded Listen to conference after event. Adjusting volumes removing glitches etc… Create html for CD-ROMs Create online downloadable links This role is recruited for every year for a 1 year placement. All previous students have benefited from the on-the-job learning and wide experience gained in this role for future career enhancement . Please note that this is NOT a holiday or part time job, it is for a 1 year placement. (We would however consider some flexible hours for the right candidate)

Qualifications Required
Skills required include the ability to use various multi-media software applications (e.g. Photoshop), an attention to detail and a willingness to work hard. Desirable skills, but not essential, include In-design Photoshop Flash Content Management System experience You MUST possess good english language skills, both orally and written, given the nature of the role. You must be eligible to work in the UK You must be able to speak English fluently
