| Graduate IT Support Technician / Junior IT Technician Stansted, Essex £13,000 - £14,000 plus Overtime and Stakeholder Pension Our client is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner who specialise in providing IT support, consultancy, products and solutions to the SME marketplace, ensuring they can deliver everything their customers' businesses need to implement and manage their IT infrastructure. They currently seek to recruit a Graduate IT Support Technician / Junior IT Technician to join their team in Stansted. The Graduate IT Support Technician / Junior IT Technician will provide support to clients to help them resolve issues with networks, servers and PCs, both on-site throughout Essex and the South East and remotely via telephone. You will also deliver and install IT equipment to clients, liaise with suppliers and keep records of activities and stock. There may be the occasional need for some evening and weekend work, for which you will receive overtime payments. To succeed within the role, the Graduate IT Support Technician / Junior IT Technician will require the following experience and attributes: - Previous IT experience, including supporting a network - Experience of all Microsoft Operating systems, in particular Windows XP and Vista - Knowledge of computer hardware and networking (equivalent to CompTIA A+/Network+) - Educated to A-Level or equivalent, preferably in a computer-related subject You will also require a full driving licence and your own transport, a smart appearance and you will be comfortable dealing with people at all levels. In addition, you should be willing to train towards Microsoft Certified Professional level, as this role will provide you with ample opportunity for career progression.
