They are now looking for high quality graduates to join their Graduate Training Schemes in a number of areas for the 2009 intake. ROLE: A graduate retail management career with our client offers a clear structured path. As well as learning how to run a £multi-million business, you'll learn how to inspire up to 700 colleagues in your store and help to make a huge difference to the customers' lives by making goods and service more affordable for everyone. Success takes confidence, leadership and the ability to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into the day to day management of a store. Expect challenges. In fact, expect plenty of them. One thing's for certain - there will never be a dull moment, and you'll develop quickly too. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) Graduates with a 2:2 honours degree in any discipline but a degree in a related discipline would be beneficial b) Some Retail Industry work experience and be passionate about Retail c) The role is Nationwide; so you'll need to be able to get to different locations. Ideally you'll have a full UK driving licence but if you don't that's ok, just be prepared to explain how you plan to get around.
