Job Description
A friendly and professional hotel receptionist is required to work in the Front Office of this busy hotel in Fife.

You must be a real team player with excellent communication and top notch customer service skills.

Job Description:

  • Welcoming guests, registrations.
  • Check in / out
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and courteous manner (Fidelio).
  • Taking telephone reservations.
  • Handling; cash / credit card payments, keys, lost property.
  • To up sell the hotel facilities.
  • Carry our general clerical and administrative duties as required.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years experience within a similar hotel environment.
