ROLE: The Site Research team study sites up and down the country to find the best locations for new stores. One week you could be in the north-east forecasting sales for a new store. The next you'll be in the south-west analysing the performance of recent store openings and looking for trends in store performance. And you could be working on a project in the UK or abroad assessing a potential acquisition. So you'll have to think on your feet and have the character to present your findings up to board level, influencing decisions and making recommendations. RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Working with Acquisition, visiting sites and preparing sales forecasts. b) Understanding the region you are responsible for and ensuring strategy is in line with current thinking. c) Understand and communicate performance of existing stores / recent openings. |
