This year we’re looking for 12 exceptional Graduates to join our programme. Academically, you’ll need a 2:2 degree in any discipline (plus grade C or above at English and Maths GCSE or equivalent) as well as a full UK driving licence. But we believe it’s more about the person than the grades…
