You will be providing a friendly and helpful service for all customers, resolving their queries and ensuring that they have everything they need to enjoy their purchases. You will also work in all areas of the store as needed to support your colleagues to deliver store profit targets.

• Providing advice and guidance to customers.
• Listening to and resolving customer issues and complaints.
• Responding to customers letters, calls and e-mails.
• Processing product requests that are not available in store.
• Arranging and managing repair service.
• Providing support in other areas of the store as required.
