Job Description
You will be providing great customer service to all customers at the till point, processing their sales and ensuring that they have everything they need. You will also work in all areas of the store as needed to support your colleagues to deliver store profit targets. What will I be doing? Processing customer sales and credit agreements. Providing advice and guidance to customers. Providing support in other areas of the store. Responding quickly and efficiently to all customer requests. Offering customers add-on products and services. If you havent got any experience in this area, dont worry we have a very comprehensive training programme that will help you learn everything you need to know. What about the benefits package? In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we also have an excellent bonus scheme where you can earn up to 60% of your basic earnings. Part Time Cashier required at busy superstore. Duties will include serving customers at till points, processing sales using different methods of payment. Dealing with customer returns and assisting customers with their quiries. You will also be responsible for a department in the shop, to keep it stocked up, clean and ticketed. You will also be responsible for a section of our profit scorecard, which means that you can directly influence the processes and profit of the store, helping the store achieve better profits, delivering world class customer service, whilst earning yourself a good bonus for a good team performance. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given to the suitable candidates.
