On behalf of our client, one of the leading Investment Banks, we are seeking a: IT-Intern for a 6 month internship located in Zurich with fluency in German and English. The takeover into a permanent position after this period is possible. We are looking for quality-focused and dynamic graduates who are ready for a great and challenging start into the banking area. Duties Windows XP 1st / 2nd level support on the phone / remote control and desktop visits Active directory & exchange account administration, including resetting passwords and disabling accounts. Assistance with video conferencing and audio visual setups Support of laptop & remote computing including Blackberrys User desktop training, especially Office 2007 Voice support for PBX / RAD / Voice Recording / Voice Mail Market data support including Bloomberg & Reuters In-house software & 3rd party software support Network patching & switch port configuration Skills and Competencies required Proven interest in Technology Strong quantitative and qualitative, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Languages: fluency in English and German Very good compensation In return for your skills and hard work you will get the chance to work within a vibrant, international working environment.
