To work in our extensive leisure facilities, ensuring all equipment and areas are maintained at a hygienic and safe level (including male & female changing rooms, therefore modesty requires male or female cleaners for certain areas). Assisting the Leisure Assistants to create a welcoming environment for our members and residents. We are looking for reliable and flexible people who don't mind the hard physical work involved. No experience is required, full training will be given. Hours of work: 30 hours per week from 7pm up to midnight Monday to Friday and some weekend cover may be required. Required Experience - Preferred experience of cleaning, although will consider full training. - Ability to work without supervision. - Ability to move and use heavy equipment will be required. In line with requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process. Unfortunately, no accommodation is available. This position requires a check by the Criminal Records Bureau as you will have frequent contact with children. Salary & Benefits Rate of Pay: £5.61 per hour. Benefits are none contractual and may vary according to status and length of service - 4 weeks holiday + a Bank Holiday allowance (pro rata for part time hours). Holidays increase with service. No holidays are usually taken in January. - Group Discount Card after completing our induction programme, entitling you to excellent discounts off food
