The Role: We currently have a vacancy for a Switchboard Operator (Part Time) to join the Front Office Department. Working hours are 9:00am to 1:00pm (Mon-Fri). Responsibilities of this role are: A. To answer calls in an effective and helpful manner, ensuring that all calls are directed to the correct department/extension. B. Ensuring that all faxes and messages arerecorded accurately and that they are delivered to the guest by the relevant department efficiently. C. Co-ordinating information with reception. D. Ensure that all telephone charges are posted correctly and balanced each day. E. Assisting staff and guests with telephone enquiries.
