We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly restaurant and bar/brasserie teams at Macdonald Elmers Court Hotel and Resort. We re looking for friendly, committed people to join our first class team and share in our continued success. If you enjoy serving guests and have the ability to deal with our guests in a calm and professional manner, you ll enjoy working across the Restaurant, Bars and Banqueting in this quality hotel. Ideally you ll have a customer service background and preferably experience in a similar role although we are happy to provide training and development for the right person. You will be passionate about customer service as well as maintaining our high standards of service. A good level of spoken communication is important as guest interaction is a major part of this role. This opportunity is at Macdonald Elmers Court Hotel and Resort, which is set in 23 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds which over looks the Solent towards the Isle of Wight. Macdonald Elmers Court Hotel and Resort comprises of 42 Country Club suites and 54 luxury self-catering apartments. With a range of conference suites as well as Vital Health and Leisure facilities, all of this ensures Elmers Court is an excellent location for leisure and business travellers alike and an ideal place to work.
