You will be providing great customer service to all customers in all areas of the store, processing their sales and ensuring that they have the solutions to their needs. You will also work in all areas of the store as needed to support your colleagues to deliver store profit targets.

What will I be doing?

• Meet and greet every customer.
• Processing customer sales and credit agreements.
• Providing advice and guidance to customers.
• Providing support in other areas of the store.
• Responding quickly and efficiently to all customer requests.
• Offering customers add-on products and services.
• Ensuring that your training and product knowledge is kept up to date with new procedures and technologies.

If you haven’t got any experience in this area, don’t worry we have a very comprehensive training programme that will help you learn everything you need to know.

This position is for a part time, flexible person to work in the sales department. They will be required to work 16-20 hours a week over 5 days.  

Full Training is given but expiriance in sales is essential, candidate will have to be self motivated and working toward a career in specialist technology.
