Keyholder - Luxury Retailer (30 hours per week) £6.20 per hour Our client is the world leader in Jewellery and Giftware. Job Role: The role consists of delivering excellent customer service through direct customer contact on the shop floor. You will be responsible for: - Key holding - Cash handling (possible work on the till as a cashier) - Stock replenishment and merchandising - General housekeeping - Delivering excellent customer service in line with company requirements - Health and safety - Dealing with any customer enquiries Key Requirements: - Previous experience in a direct customer facing environment - Previous retail experience desired - Previous experience of managing and motivating a team - Ability to achieve sales targets |
