The company is seeking individuals to join the team who naturally have the MARKETING ability and characteristics necessary to help move the business forward. Due to the size of the company and the flat management structure, individuals will be dealing with the directors of the business and due to this have a great learning curve, and will have the ability to be proactively involved in the management and strategic decision making process of the business, with regard to the projects they undertake. As our office language is English only, you should have a sufficient English level to communicate with your colleagues and customers. Therefore, the telephone interview is also an opportunity for us to assess your level of spoken English and decide if it is acceptable for the company's activity. Your work would consist of gaining information on each football club in the selected country. The information needed must contain Names, addresses, email addresses contact numbers and other information which may or may not be given to you. You will follow this information up by placing calls to make introductions about our company, sending out letters and emails and also sending samples of fashion clothing to the clubs. You will try and find distributors, agents, translators in the selected country to help deal with these clubs. You will try and find out details of the exhibitions the football clubs buyers may go to. A good knowledge of direct sales letters and marketing research is helpful but not essential.
