If you want some extra cash this summer, why not take up one of our exciting new student holiday opportunities at the Halifax Bank of Scotland Customer Contact Centre here in Sheffield? We offer a superb £13,500 pro rata salary, plus a bonus to make up for not taking any holidays whilst you’re working with us from June to the end of August. Even better, you’ll only work 4 days per week, Monday to Friday, with really flexible shift patterns between 10am and 8pm – NO weekends! We’ll even provide full training so you can deliver our high standards of customer service. Working in our Mortgages department, you’ll handle inbound calls from existing customers wanting to accept the offer of a product transfer, inputting data accurately and efficiently to meet our customers' needs. It’s all about attention to detail, accurate keyboard skills and the ability to offer great customer service. You’ll always have experienced colleagues on hand to support you and there are absolutely no sales involved. It’s a brilliant chance to earn a great wage over the summer holidays while adding invaluable experience to your CV. If you’re successful, you’ll even have the opportunity of a permanent role with HBOS once you’ve completed your studies.
