Job Description
The Wilf Ward Family Trust run a range of services for people with disabilities and these include residential care, supported accommodation, day services and community based services across Yorkshire and Humberside. Our ethos is to help people with disabilities lead fulfilling lives in their community. The Trust also provides respite care for our service users which allows their carers to take a break from the rigours of looking after a family member. Over the last few years the Trust has undergone tremendous expansion and the demand for our top quality services remains high. Job Description

The Role: * You will be assisting with every day domestic duties, including cooking and cleaning to promote and develop our service users independent living skills. * Assisting in various leisure activities and services within the local community. * Provide support, assistance and personal care to service users. * Provide the highest possible level of quality of life and home environment to service users. * Maintain good working relationships with professionals and other people significant to service users and the Trust.
