Job Description
The Merrill Lynch Challenge offers students graduating in 2010 the chance to win a place on our week-long spring and autumn programme. Participants will gain an insight into different divisions through business games, skills sessions and presentations that test analytical ability, creativity and teamwork.

In the first round, your team will participate for 4 weeks in an online trading game with a £10,000,000 fantasy fund. You will learn about the financial markets while testing your market performance against students from other prestigious universities in Europe. The top performing teams will be contacted to participate in the second round. In the second round, selected teams will prepare and submit a finance-based case study. A panel of Merrill Lynch judges will review the submissions and choose 24 finalist teams to participate in the final round, either during March/April (31st March - 4 April) or September (exact dates to be announced).

In the final round, the finalists teams will be invited to participate in the one-week programme at our London office. At the end of the week, finalist teams will present their case studies, and a winning team will be chosen, with a prize of € 4,000.
