Job Description
Trainee Claims Handler Offering professional qualifications Up to 16,000 Bonus, pension, 22 days holiday and annual pay reviews.
Established for 30 years, our client a market leader in the insurance industry is looking to grow their Claims Team.
The salary for this role is 15,000 16,000 plus a very generous benefits package including 22 days holiday rising to 25, a 35 hour working week, free vending hot and cold drinks , pay reviews, pension and a bonus of up to 8 .
In addition to this you will receive 3 years worth of structured training, leading to a professional qualification and guaranteed progression within the company.
Your main responsibilities, after initial training will be
Taking responsibility for your own case load
Investigating, negotiating and settling claims
Dealing with Solicitors, Insurance Brokers, Loss Adjusters and direct with customers
Insurance experience isn t necessary, but the successful candidate will have
5 GCSE passes A C grade and A Levels or Degree considered
Some office and customer service experience of liaising with customers on the phone
