Overview of role
The world's largest ticket marketplace is growing quickly and is looking for candidates to join our Last Minute Sales Teams in London and Birmingham.
The Last Minutes Sales Agent will provide first class support to ticket buyers and sellers on location at events. You will act as the customer point of contact at events and will be responsible for greeting customers, distributing tickets, and solving problems that arise on the day. The successful candidate will need a bias for action, proven people skills and the ability to excel in a high-pressure environment.
You will be required to work part-time including weekday evenings and weekends. Hours will be agreed in advance with the candidate. The total number of hours will vary each week, averaging around 8 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front line customer support - greeting customers, distributing tickets, solving on the ground problems on event days
- Support with organising, planning and management of our activities at live events

Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Committed to working in a customer facing role; motivated by providing great service
- Demonstrate a strong track redord of problem solving and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Thrive when under pressure and busy
- Strong sense of humour and ability to work effectively with all customer types
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work during weekdays and weekends as per calendar requirements
- Available to occasionally travel accross the UK
- Bases in London or Birmingham
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Interest in the sport and concert industry is a plus
