Job Description
Basic Administrative Work:
-Data Entry and filing
-screening phone calls and emails, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
-meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
-organising and maintaining diaries and taking appointments;
-producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
-organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
Marketing Research Assistant:
-carrying out background research and presenting findings;
-liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
-compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
-analysing questionnaires
-writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
-organising and hosting presentations and customer visits
-assisting with promotional activities
-visiting customers/external agencies
Qualifications
-
Experience:
Not Necessary, however marketing/business knowledge is a must and preferably studying in the field of business and Marketing/advertising.
-Well educated and experienced on different social media platforms is a must.
-Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
-Analytical Skills, where you are able to critically address an issue.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
