Who we're looking for

We're looking for Graduates with a 2.1 or predicted 2.1 degree and 280 UCAS points (excluding General Studies). We don't mind what subject you chose to study at university. This is your first step towards a long and rewarding career with Nationwide, so you'll need to be keen to learn as we'll offer you fantastic training and development opportunities. At the end of the programme, you'll have developed your already strong leadership qualities and natural emotional intelligence skills to allow you to grow into a strong management position within the society. Regularly working with teams and senior staff, you'll be confident building and maintaining relationships. If you see something that can be improved, you'll be comfortable making suggestions that will make a real difference, to keep pushing us forward. You'll be working on real projects that will impact our members, so commercial acumen and an ability to assess risk are both important. So if you have a strong academic record, demonstrate the behaviours we're looking for and take pride in all you do, we'd love to hear from you.
