Part-Time Customer Service Administrator
This role will involve weekends
3 days a week
£8.50ph
Excellent opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and experience administrator to join a fast-paced team responsible for booking a leading tourist attraction in the centre of London.
Duties of the role:
*Answering calls from the public/businesses and people wishing to book a trip
*Taking payments over the phone
*Liaising with resellers
*Responding to emails
*Updating databases
*Emailing information across to customers
*Booking trips
To apply for this role you MUST have the following
*Be able to commit to the 6 month contract
*Be happy to work at least every other weekend
*Be able to work every weekend for the month of August
*Have Customer Service experience
*Have Administration experience
*Be immediately available for work
*This may suit somebody who can easily commute to the London Bridge/Waterloo area
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join a great team. The role is fast-paced and the team are upbeat and you will have the opportunity to work for one of the most well regarded tourist trips in London.
You will be required to work over the Christmas period.
