Assistant Camp Directors have the responsibility of supporting the Camp Director in the day to day management of the camp.
The ACD is normally more admin based, however still has a very proactive role out and about around the camp. They generally have specific duties such as timetabling, preparing the registers and assisting in staff management and customer service.
This role like the other management positions are very reactive and it is important that the needs of our children and parents are made a priority when undertaking all tasks at camp. You will need to have similar traits to that of a Camp Director in the respect that you are confident, a problem solver, a great communicator and have the ability to make quick assured decisions.
Camp Beaumont Day Camps are located at superb venues in Blackheath, Esher, Mill Hill, Northwood, Reigate, Richmond, Tunbridge Wells, Wimbledon & Woodford.

Qualifications

Minimum age: 20 years
Applicants must be UK/EU citizens or have a valid UK work permit.
First aid qualification (desirable but not essential)
Childcare qualification, knowledge of Ofsted and EYFS (desirable, not essential)
